I’m Karen, a Visibility Coach for intuitive boss ladies.

In 2016, I nearly had a breakdown.  It was severe.   I was burned-out and sleep deprived for so long that I started to have physical symptoms like tingling in fingers, feeling light headed, brain fog, & joint pain. And then came the nightmares.

I finally decided that I needed to take charge of my life.  And it started with making the decision to quit my 9-5 and start my own business.

Only it wasn’t all peaches and cream.   I still had anxiety, compounded by the overwhelm of starting a brand new business.

It all changed when I started implementing mindset work and connected the dots to my energy and my emotions.   Over the next 6 months, I became a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner… and life has been easier.

Today, I use this in conjunction with all my experience in finance, sales, and customer service, and all things marketing I’ve picked up the last few years, to help women expand their businesses.

I get to work with entreprenuers, who tell me they feel ‘lighter’, they get clarity, and they see more money coming in.
